Sacred Space is an in-person mindfulness group for Black women and women of color seeking a supportive and nourishing environment for healing, reflection, and connection. Gatherings invite participants to slow down through mindfulness, quiet embodiment, guided visualization, and contemplative practice.
Non-binary folks are welcome!
